Yes. I have won awards. And research shows that saying so does not necessarily make me a braggart or some other such unsavory thing. But I do want to be transparent about this: my awards are won in local art and photography shows. I have not (yet) won any Major Awards™ that would result in a large crate from Italy (fragile) or a bowling alley in Terre Haute.
